About Me

I’m a serial “first product manager”, having served as the founding product leader at four different SaaS startups over the course of two decades in roles ranging from PM to Chief Product Officer. I have also managed, trained and coached Product Managers of all levels to maximize their impact on the business while growing their careers.

I love the process of clarifying customer needs and market forces, uncovering how a company’s product-related problems impact business goals, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve for both the customer and the business. 

I am currently working with startups and scale-ups on a part-time and consulting basis to offer product strategy, operations and delivery support until they are ready to bring product management in-house.
